HERSHEY BAR CAKE

GRANDMA'S CAKES AND FROSTINGS
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 small can Hershey Chocolate Syrup
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 7 plain Hershey Bars or 1 8 oz. Hershey Bar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup pecans
Instructions
- Melt Hershey Bars in Chocolate Syrup over very low heat
- cool.
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add eggs one at a time
- ADD MELTED CHOCOLATE TO EGG MIXTURE
- ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS
- POUR BATTER INTO A GREASED TUBE PAN
- BAKE AT 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
