    1 can (8-oz) crushed pineapple
    2 c Bisquick
    1 c flour, sifted
    1 t baking soda
    3/4 c sour cream
    1 3/4 c sugar
    3/4 c margarine
    2 t vanilla
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1/4 c rum
    1/4 c pineapple syrup from can

    Recipe



    1. Drain pineapple, saving syrup.
    2. Stir Bisquick, flour and baking soda together.
    3. Beat 1 c sugar, sour cream, 1/2 c margarine, eggs and
    vanilla together 2 mins.
    4. Add flour mixture and beat 1 min more.
    5. Mix in pineapple and 2 T rum.
    6. Pour into well greased 9 in Bundt pan
    7. Bake 350 deg 45 mins til done.
    8. To make glaze, combine 3/4 c sugar, 1/4 c margarine and
    pineapple can syrup in sauce pan
    9. Stir over low heat to blend.
    10. Add 2 T rum and stir well.
    11. Remove from oven, spoon half the glaze over cake.
    12. Let stand 10 min
    13. Turn out on plate
    14. Spoon on remaining glaze.
