    MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE

    GRANDMA,'S CAKES AND FROSTINGS


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 sticks margerine, melted
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
    • 1/2 cup cocoa
    • 1 small bag miniature marshmallows
    • 4 eggs,slightly beaten


    Instructions


    1. Mix margerine and cocoa together.
    2. Stir in the sugar and eggs.
    3. Mix well
    4. Add all remaining ingredients (except marshmallows}
    5. Mix and put into a 13x9 inch pan.
    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
    7. Sprinkle marshmallows over hot cake. then spread frosting over the marshmallows
