Lemon Sweet Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
6 c shred peeled sweet potatoes (yams) (3 med)
2 T butter, melted
1/2 c sugar
1 c skim milk
2 eggs
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1 (4-serv) box inst lemon pudd and pie filling
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325F.
Combine all ingredients in 2-qt casserole dish.
Cover tightly with foil, bake 1 hr.
Remove foil, continue cooking 20-30 mins, til top is golden
brown.
