- 4 POTATOES, PEELED AND SLICED
- 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
- SALT AND PEPPER, TO TASTE
- 1 ONION, PEELED AND CHOPPED
- 1 (15 OZ) CAN KIDNEY BEANS, DRAINED
- 1 CAN TOMATO SOUP
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES
- GREASE A 2 QT. CASSEROLE DISH
- PLACE POTATOES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE DISH
- CRUMBLE GOUND BEEF OVER THE POTATOES
- SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
- PUT ONIONS OVER THE MEAT
- THEN BEANS OVER THE ONIONS
- POUR CAN OF TOMATO SOUP OVER EVERYTHING.
- COVER AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES
- UNCOVER AND COOK FOR ONE HOUR LONGER.
