    • 4 POTATOES, PEELED AND SLICED
    • 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
    • SALT AND PEPPER, TO TASTE
    • 1 ONION, PEELED AND CHOPPED
    • 1 (15 OZ) CAN KIDNEY BEANS, DRAINED
    • 1 CAN TOMATO SOUP


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES
    2. GREASE A 2 QT. CASSEROLE DISH
    3. PLACE POTATOES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE DISH
    4. CRUMBLE GOUND BEEF OVER THE POTATOES
    5. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
    6. PUT ONIONS OVER THE MEAT
    7. THEN BEANS OVER THE ONIONS
    8. POUR CAN OF TOMATO SOUP OVER EVERYTHING.
    9. COVER AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES
    10. UNCOVER AND COOK FOR ONE HOUR LONGER.
