List of Ingredients
11/2 lb of ground beef (never used ground Turkey, but i don't
see why not)
1 cup of rice (uncle Ben's long grain)
2 cups water
1/2 cup of chopped Red Pepper
1/2 cup of chopped Green Pepper
3 beef bouilion cubes
1 tablespoon of yellow or brown mustard
1 or 2 tomatoes (chopped)(depend on you)
1/4 lb of provolone cheese
10" frying pan/ skillet
Recipe
Brown your ground beef and drain. On a medium flame add your
water, rice, bouilion cubes, and the mustard.
Bring to a boil (stirring occasionally) than lower your flame
and cover, stir occasionally until liquid is gone. (Usually
after 20 minutes) After the liquid has evaporated add the red/
green peppers, tomatoes and cheese (as much cheese as you
want (but don't make it soupy) remove from heat and sprinkle
more cheese on top
