    • 6 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
    • 2 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
    • 2 CUPS CHOPPED WALNUTS
    • 2 PKGS. (8OZ. EACH) CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
    • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
    • 4 LARGE EGGS
    • 1/4 CUP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
    • 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE


    Instructions


    1. MELT MORSELS AND BUTTER IN SAUCEPAN,STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL SMOOTH.
    2. STIR IN CRUMBS AND WALNUTS.
    3. RESERVE 2 CUPS OF MIXTURE, PRESS REMAINING MIXTURE IN THE BOTTOM OF A 15X10 INCH JELLY ROLL PAN.
    4. BAKE IN PREHEATED 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 12 MINUTES.
    5. BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL CREAMY.
    6. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME, BEATING AFTER EACH ADDITION.
    7. GRADUALLY BEAT IN FLOUR AND LEMON JUICE.
    8. POUR OVER MIXTURE IN PAN TOP WITH RESERVED CRUMB MIXUTRE.
    9. BAKE AT 350 DEGRESS FOR 20-25 MINUTES.
    10. COOL COMPLETELY IN PAN, CUT INTO BARS.
