- 2 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
- 2 CUPS CHOPPED WALNUTS
- 2 PKGS. (8OZ. EACH) CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 4 LARGE EGGS
- 1/4 CUP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
- 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
Instructions
- MELT MORSELS AND BUTTER IN SAUCEPAN,STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL SMOOTH.
- STIR IN CRUMBS AND WALNUTS.
- RESERVE 2 CUPS OF MIXTURE, PRESS REMAINING MIXTURE IN THE BOTTOM OF A 15X10 INCH JELLY ROLL PAN.
- BAKE IN PREHEATED 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 12 MINUTES.
- BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL CREAMY.
- ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME, BEATING AFTER EACH ADDITION.
- GRADUALLY BEAT IN FLOUR AND LEMON JUICE.
- POUR OVER MIXTURE IN PAN TOP WITH RESERVED CRUMB MIXUTRE.
- BAKE AT 350 DEGRESS FOR 20-25 MINUTES.
- COOL COMPLETELY IN PAN, CUT INTO BARS.
