- 2 SQUARES UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE
- 1/3 CUP BUTTER
- 1 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR, PACKED
- 2 EGGS, BEATEN
- 1/2 CUP SELF-RISING FLOUR
- 1/2 CUP SELF-RISING CORNMEAL
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1/8 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 CUP NUTS, CHOPPED
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
- MELT CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER TOGETHER, THEN COOL.
- ADD BROWN SUGAR TO BEATEN EGGS AND ADD TO CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER.
- BEAT IN FLOUR, CORN MEAL VANILLA, AND SALT.
- FOLD IN NUTS.
- POUR INTO A GREASED 8 INCH SQUARE PAN.
- BAKE 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE
- CUT INTO SQUARES.
