    • 1 CAN SWEEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    • 1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
    • 1 CUP BUTTER
    • 2 CUPS PACKED BROWN SUGAR
    • 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
    • 2 EGGS
    • 2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
    • 2 1/2 CUPS UNSIFTED FLOUR
    • 3 CUPS ROLLED OATS
    • 1/2 CUP JELLY, ANY FLAVOR


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
    2. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, MIX PEANUT BUTTER AND CONDENSED MILK TOGETHER, SET ASIDE.
    3. WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER ,BEAT BUTTER IN A LARGE BOWL FOR 30 SECONDS. ADD BROWN SUGAR AND BAKING SODA, BEAT UNTIL COMBINED
    4. BEAT IN THE EGGS AND VANILLA
    5. BEAT IN AS MUCH OF THE FLOUR AS YOU CAN WITH THE MIXER, THEN STIR IN THE REST BY HAND
    6. STIR IN THE OATS AND MIX WELL WITH LARGE SPOON.
    7. PRESS 2/3 (ABOUT 3 1/2 CUPS) OF THE OAT MIXTURE IN THE BOTTOM OF AN UNGREASED 15X10 INCH BAKING PAN
    8. CAREFULLY SPREAD PEANUT BUTTER OVER OAT MIXTURE
    9. DROP JELLY IN SMALL DOLLOPS EVENLY OVER THE PEANUT BUTTER
    10. DOT WITH REMAINING OAT MIXUTRE
    11. BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOP IS LIGHTLY BROWNED
    12. COOL AND CUT INTO BARS
