- 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1 CUP WHITE SUGAR
- 2 EGGS, BEATEN
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
- 2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
- 1 CUP POTATO CHIPS, CRUSHED
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
- LIGHTLY GREASE COOKIE SHEET.
- CREAM SHORTENING AND SUGARS,BLEND IN BEATEN EGGS AND VANILLA.
- SIFT FLOUR AND SODA, ADD TO MIXTURE.
- ADD NUTS AND CHIPS.
DROP BY TEASPOON ONTO COOKIE SHEET.
- BAKE FOR 10-12 MINUTES.
