4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C chicken broth
1/4 C milk
2 Cs Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1/2 C melted butter
salt & pepper to taste
Recipe
Place chicken in crockpot. Place 1 slice of cheese over each breast. Combine chicken broth & chicken soup. Cover chicken with soup mixture. Sprinkle stuffing mix over the top. Pour melted butter over the top of the stuffing. Cook for 8 to 10 hrs on low.
