Instructions
- COVER PEAS WITH COLD WATER AND SOAK OVERNIGHT.
- DRAIN THE PEAS.
- PUT PEAS, ONION, AND HOCKS IN THE CROCKPOT AND COVER WITH WATER
- ADD BAY LEAVES AND SALT AND PEPPER
- COOK ON LOW FOR 6 HOURS.
- ADD THE OKRA AND CONTINUE TO COOK ON LOW FOR 2 MORE HOURS.
