Jimmy's Sausage and Cabbage Delight

1 Eckridge Smoked Sausage (sliced)
1 Head of cabbage (chopped)
1 Bag of Minute Rice
Salt and Pepper
Recipe
Chop cabbage, slice sausage and put them into a crockpot.
Add water to about 1 inch from top.
Add salt and pepper to taste. (I usually use a lot of salt.)
Cook on low for 6-7 hours, medium 4 hours, or high for 2 1/2-3 hours.
About 10 minutes before you're ready to eat, add the rice out of the bag. (Rice is optional).
