    • 1 CLOVE GARLIC, CHOPPED
    • 2 TBSP. MINCED FRESH PARSLEY
    • 1 TSP. DRIED THYME LEAVES
    • 1 TSP. DRIED OREGANO LEAVES
    • 1/8 TSP. CAYENNE PEPPER
    • 1 TSP. SALT
    • 6 OZ. SMOKED SAUSAGE ,CHOPPED
    • 8 OZ. CHICKEN BREAST, SKINNED, BONED, AND CHOPPED
    • 2 CUPS BEEF BROTH
    • 1/2 LB. COOKED, SHELLED MED. SHRIMP, HALVED LENGTHWISE
    • 1 CUP COOKED RICE


    Instructions


    1. IN SLOW COOKER, COMBINE BELL PEPPER, ONION, TOMATOES, CELERY, GARLIC, PARSLEY, THYME, OREGANO, CAYENNE PEPPER, SALT, SMOKED SAUSAGE, CHICKEN AND BROTH. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 10 HOURS. INCREASE TEMPERATURE TO HIGH. ADD SHRIMP AND RICE. COVER AND COOK 30 MIN.
