    List of Ingredients


    • 25 Crushed Oreo Cookies
    • 1/3 cup butter,melted
    • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
    • 2 squares baking chocolate
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 1 carton whipped topping


    Instructions


    1. Mix crushed cookies with butter and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Place in refrigerator while preparing other ingredients.

    2. Spread icecream over the crumb mixture and freeze.
    3. In a saucepan melt the chocolate,tablespoon butter, sugar, evaporated milk,and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    4. Cool completely.Add whipped topping, and spread on top of the ice cream. Return to freezer.
