4 c. flour
1 pound butter
2 T. sugar
1 pint vanilla ice cream
granulated sugar
Recipe
Sift flour into a large bowl, add sugar and blend. Cut in butter until fine. Add ice cream and blend. Chill overnight. Flour and sugar board. Roll dough 1/4 inch thin or thinner. cut into 2 or 3 inch squares. fill with apricot, prune or strawberry filling; dropping a teaspoonful in center of each square. Fold opposite ends together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
