    • 2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
    • 1 CUP BUTTER
    • 4 BEATEN EGGS
    • 2 CUPS GRANULATED SUGAR
    • 1/3 CUP LEMON JUICE
    • 1/4 CUP FLOUR
    • 1/2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
    • 2 TABLESPOONS POWDERED SUGAR.


    Instructions


    1. SIFT TOGETHER THE 2 CUPS OF FLOUR AND THE POWDERED SUGAR. CUT BUTTER INTO THE MIXTURE
    2. PRESS INTO THE BOTTOM OF A 9X13 INCH PAN AND BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES.
    3. MEANWHILE, BEAT TOGETHER THE EGGS, GRANULATED SUGAR AND LEMON JUICE.
    4. SIFT THE FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER TOGETHER AND STIR INTO THE EGG MIXTURE.
    5. POUR MIXTURE OVER BAKED CRUST.
    6. BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES MORE AT 350 DEGREES.
    7. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR.
