- BEAT EGGS WITH MAPLE SYRUP AND SALT UNTIL FOAMY AND WELL BLENDED
- SCALD MILK
- GRADUALLY BEAT INTO EGGS
- POUR INTO 6 INDIVIDUAL CUSTARD CUPSS
- PLACE CUPS INTO A PAN OF HOT WATER
- BAKE IN A PREHEATED 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES.
- COOL,THEN CHILL
