    • DASH SALT
    • 2 CUPS MILK


    Instructions


    1. BEAT EGGS WITH MAPLE SYRUP AND SALT UNTIL FOAMY AND WELL BLENDED
    2. SCALD MILK
    3. GRADUALLY BEAT INTO EGGS
    4. POUR INTO 6 INDIVIDUAL CUSTARD CUPSS
    5. PLACE CUPS INTO A PAN OF HOT WATER
    6. BAKE IN A PREHEATED 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES.
    7. COOL,THEN CHILL
