Microwave Poached Eggs

List of Ingredients
1 large egg
1/8 tsp. white vinegar
1/3 C. water
salt and pepperRecipe
Add water and white vinegar to 6 oz. custard cup.
Break egg into cup, pierce egg yolk with toothpick
Cover dish loosely with plastic wrap.
Place in microwave
Cook 1 min til desired doneness.
You may need to experiment with cooking times based on wattage
of microwave
Immediately remove egg from hot water with slotted spoon as it
will continue to cook.
Serve with salt and pepper to taste
