THIS IS A VERY DELICIOUS RECIPE AND A GREAT WAY TO USE PORK TENDERLOIN. YOU CAN ALSO GRILL THIS MEAT INSTEAD OF BAKING
GRILL OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL MEAT IS DONE.
List of Ingredients
- 2 POUNDS PORK TENDERLOIN
- 12 OUNCES BLACK CHERRY SODA
- 2/3 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
- 2/3 CUP PLUM JAM
Instructions
- COMBINE SOY SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR AND JAM IN SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT. COOK UNTIL WELL COMBINED.
- PLACE SAUCE IN A ZIPPERED PLASTIC BAG WITH TENDERLOIN AND SODA
- PUT IN REFRIGERATOR AND LET SET FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS.
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
- PLACE TENDERLOIN IN BAKING PAN. POUR MARINADE OVER, COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL MEAT IS DONE TO YOUR LIKENESS.
