- 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
- 2 TABLESPOONS RED WINE VINEGAR
- 2 TEASPOONS HONEY
- 2 TEASPOONS GARLIC POWDER
- 4 PORK CHOPS
Instructions
- COMBINE SOY SAUCE, VINEGAR, HONEY AND GARLIC POWDER
IN SHALLOW DISH
- PLACE CHOPS IN DISH AND TURN TO COAT .
- COVER AND MARINATE IN FRIDGE FOR 2 HOURS.
- HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
- DRAIN CHOPS
- BAKE IN OVEN TILL DESIRED DONENESS.
