- 1 CUP COLD DAIRY OR CANNED EGGNOG
- 1 PKG. (6 OZ) INSTANT PUDDING AND PIE FILLING
- 1/4 TSP RUM EXTRACT OR 1 TABLESPOON OF RUM
- 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND NUTMEG
- 1 TUB(8OZ.) COOL WHIP, THAWED AND DIVIDED
- 1 PREPARED GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
Instructions
- POUR EGGNOG INTO MEDIUM BOWL.
- ADD PUDDING MIX, RUM, AND NUTMEG
- BEAT WITH A WIRE WHISK OR ON THE LOWEST SPEED OF AN ELECTRIC MIXER FOR 2 MINUTES.
- LET STAND 5 MINUTES
- FOLD IN 2 CUPS OF THE COOL WHIP
- REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST TWO HOURS.
- GARNISH WITH ADDITIONAL COOL WHIP AND SPRINKLE WITH ADDITIONAL NUTMEG IF DESIRED.
