    • 1 CUP COLD DAIRY OR CANNED EGGNOG
    • 1 PKG. (6 OZ) INSTANT PUDDING AND PIE FILLING
    • 1/4 TSP RUM EXTRACT OR 1 TABLESPOON OF RUM
    • 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND NUTMEG
    • 1 TUB(8OZ.) COOL WHIP, THAWED AND DIVIDED
    • 1 PREPARED GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST


    Instructions


    1. POUR EGGNOG INTO MEDIUM BOWL.

    2. ADD PUDDING MIX, RUM, AND NUTMEG

    3. BEAT WITH A WIRE WHISK OR ON THE LOWEST SPEED OF AN ELECTRIC MIXER FOR 2 MINUTES.

    4. LET STAND 5 MINUTES

    5. FOLD IN 2 CUPS OF THE COOL WHIP

    6. REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST TWO HOURS.

    7. GARNISH WITH ADDITIONAL COOL WHIP AND SPRINKLE WITH ADDITIONAL NUTMEG IF DESIRED.
