    PECAN PIE

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 large eggs
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 cup dark corn syrup
    • 3 tablespoons butter or margerine, melted
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
    • 1 unbaked pie shell


    Instructions


    1. Mix eggs and sugar until well blended. Stir in the syrup, melted butter, salt vanila.

    2. stir in the pecans

    3. pour into pie shell.

    4. put pie on a baking sheet

    5. bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes

    6. reduce heat to 325 degrees

    7. bake 40-45 minutes, put foil around edges of pie crust to prevent excessive browning if neccessary.
