- 1 ENVELOPE LIPTON SAVORY HERB WITH GARLIC SOUP MIX
- 1 CHICKEN, CUT INTO SERVING SIZED PIECES
- 2 MEDIUM POTATOES, SLICED THIN
- 1 LARGE ONION, CUT IN WEDGES
- 2 LARGE CARROTS, SLICED THIN
- 2 TABLESPOONS WATER
- 1 TABLESPOON OIL
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
- PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE PLASTIC BAG.
- SHAKE BAG TO COAT CHICKEN AND VEETABLES EVENLY.
- EMPTY BAG INTO A 9X13 INCH BAKING PAN
- BAKE FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE AND VEGETABLES ARE TENDER.
