Instructions
- IN A LARGE SKILLET HEAT THE OIL FOR FRYING
- SEASON CHICKEN WITH SALT AND PEPPER
- DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR
- FRY CHICKEN TILL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES.
- WHILE THE CHICKEN IS COOKING BOIL THE POTATOES IN A LARGE POT OF SALTED WATER UNTIL SOFT, DRAIN, BUT SAVE THE POTATO WATER.
- WHEN CHICKEN IS DONE REMOVE FROM PAN
- REMOVE ALL THE GREASE FROM YOUR SKILLET
- PUT CHICKEN AND POTATOES BACK INTO THE SKILLET AND COVER WITH THE POTATO WATER.
- SIMER UNTIL GRAVY IS THE RIGHT CONSISTENSY
