    • 1 CHICKEN, CUT UP
    • POULTRY SEASONING
    • 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
    • 2 TSP. SALT
    • 2 TSP. BLACK PEPPER
    • 1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL


    Instructions


    1. SPRINKLE CHICKEN WITH POULTRY SEASONING.

    2. PUT REMAINING DRY INGREDIENTS IN A BROWN PAPER BAG.

    3. DROP CHICKEN PEICES IN BAG ONE AT A TIME AND COVER EACH PEICE WITH FLOUR MIXTURE. PUT EACH PEICE ON A BAKING SHEET AND LET SET FOR 15 MINUTES.

    4. HEAT OIL OVER HIGH HEAT IN A LARGE SKILLET UNTIL IT BUBBLES WHEN A LITTLE FLOUR IS SPRINKLED IN.

    5. ADD CHICKEN PEICES AND LOWER HEAT TO MEDIUM. COOK FOR 7-10 MINUTES ON ONE SIDE. TURN OVER AND COOK FOR 7-10 MINUTES ON THE OTHER SIDE. CHICKEN SHOULD BE NICELY BROWNED. REMOVE FROM SKILLET AND DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS.
