- 1 LB. BULK SAUSAGE
- 1 BELL PEPPER,CHOPPED
- 1 ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 CUP CELERY,CHOPPED
- 1 PKG. DRY INSTANT CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP MIX
- 1 CUP UNCOOKED RICE
- 4 1/2 CUPS WATER
Instructions
- BROWN SAUSAGE IN SAUCEPAN,DRAIN. PLACE SAUSAGE IN BAKING DISH.
- SAUTE ONION, PEPPER AND CELERY. ADD RICE, SOUP AND WATER,COOK FOR 7 MINUTES.
- PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN BAKING DISH WITH SAUSAGE,MIX WELL.BAKE IN 300 DEGREE OVEN FOR 60 MINUTES.
