- 1 CAN CORNED BEEF,CUBED
- 3 HARDBOILED EGGS, SLICED
- 1/2 CUP DICED, COOKED CARROTS
- 1/4 CUP DICED GREEN PEPPER
- 2 TABLESPOONS MINCED ONIONS
- 2 TABLESPOONS, CHOPPED PIMIENTO
- 1/2 CUP MAYONAISE
- 2 TABLESPOONS VINEGAR
- 1 TABLESPOON PREPARED MUSTARD
- 1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
- LETTUCE (OPTIONAL)
Instructions
- COMBINE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS, MIXING WELL. COMBINE THE MAYONAISE, VINEGAR, MUSTRED, AND PEPPER; ADD TO POTATO MIXTURE, AND TOSS GENTLY. SERVE ON LETTUCE, IF DESIRED.
