    FIVE HOUR BEEF STEW

    • 2 POUNDS STEW BEEF
    • 6 CARROTS, SLICED THICK
    • 4 ONIONS, QUARTERED
    • 1 CUP SLICED CELERY
    • 6 POTATOES, QUARTERED
    • 1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE (15 OZ.)
    • 2 TABLESPOONS TAPIOCA
    • 1 TABLESPOON SUGAR
    • 1 TABLESPOON SALT


    Instructions


    1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

    2. PLACE IN A LARGE CASSEROLE DISH.COVER WITH TIGHT FITTING LID OR FOIL

    3. COOK AT 250 DEGREES FOR 5 HOURS.
