- 6 CARROTS, SLICED THICK
- 4 ONIONS, QUARTERED
- 1 CUP SLICED CELERY
- 6 POTATOES, QUARTERED
- 1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE (15 OZ.)
- 2 TABLESPOONS TAPIOCA
- 1 TABLESPOON SUGAR
- 1 TABLESPOON SALT
Instructions
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
- PLACE IN A LARGE CASSEROLE DISH.COVER WITH TIGHT FITTING LID OR FOIL
- COOK AT 250 DEGREES FOR 5 HOURS.
