- 3 TABLESPOONS OLD BAY SEASONING
- 3 TABLESPOONS SALT
- 1 1/2 GALLONS WATER
- 2 LBS. KEILBASA OR SMOKED SAUSAGE
- 12 EARS OF SHUCKED CORN, BROKEN INTO 3 OR 4 INCH PEICES
- 4 LBS. SHRIMP IN SHELLS
Instructions
- IN A LARGE STOCK POT ADD THE SEASONINGS TO THE WATER AND BRING TO A BOIL.
- ADD THE SAUSAGE AND BOIL, UNCOVERED FOR 5 MINUTES.
- ADD THE CORN AND COUNT 5 MINUTES (DON'T WAIT UNTIL WATER IS BOILING]
- ADD THE SHRIMP AND COUNT 3 MINUTES. DRAIN IMMEDIATLEY
