- 1 LARGE CAN CREAMED CORN
- 1 CUP MILK
- 2 LARGE EGGS
- 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
- 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
- 1 PINCH NUTMEG
Instructions
- MIX FLOUR AND SUGAR TOGETHER IN A MIXING BOWL
- STIR IN MILK AND MIX THOROUGHLY
- LIGHTLY BEAT EGGS IN SEPARATE BOWL, THEN ADD TO FLOUR MIXTURE.
- ADD CORN, BUTTER, SALT, AND PEPPER
- POUR INTO A BUTTERED 1 QT. BAKING DISH
- SPRINKLE NUTMEG ACROSS THE TOP
- PLACE THIS BAKING DISH INSIDE A LARGER PAN CONTAINING HOT WATER.
- BAKE AT 300 DEGREES FOR 1 1/2 HOURS.
