    Baked Artichoke Dip

    Recipe Introduction

    "Here's a familiar favorite that guests always gobble up in a hurry. Try it with hearts of palm, tenter stalks similiar in flavor to artichokes."

    List of Ingredients

    1 (14-ounce can artichoke hearts or hearts of palm, drained and chopped
    1 cup grated Parmeasan cheese
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp hot sauce

    Recipe

    Combine all ingreadients, stirring well.
    Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart caserole.
    Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serve with melba toast rounds.
    Yeild: 2 cups
