    Adkins Dieters, this is a MUST! A recipe from my Mom.

    List of Ingredients




    1 package of sugar free lemon Jell-0
    1-8 oz. package original Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    1-8 oz. tub of Cool Whip
    Add Splenda-optional
    Pecans
    1/2 stick melted butter

    Recipe



    FILLING:
    Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup hot water
    Let cool (a little bit) and add block of cream cheese
    Beat with mixer on low and until smooth

    Add 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip then beat again

    CRUST:
    Chop pecans in food processor (not too fine) large enough so crust will hold together
    Press pecans into pie shell
    Place in oven on 350 degrees (Watch carefully, so crust does not burn)

    Add filling to crust and refigerate about 1 hour or longer

    Then Serve
