    New York doesn't have anything over on this Kentucky girls' version of Cheesecake. Its even is lower in calories.

    List of Ingredients




    3 eggs
    2 pkg cream cheese
    3 cups sour cream
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon almond extract
    1-1/4 cup granulated Splenda or 18 packets of Splenda
    cinnamon
    chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Mix all ingreadients and fold in sour cream.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

    CRUST INSTRUCTIONS=chopped pecans and splenda mixed with cinnamon.
