    Spinach Artichoke Dip

    Recipe Introduction

    Oh, this is so good. It was all gone and I only got a teaspoon-full our last potluck.

    List of Ingredients

    2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
    1 cup mayoonnaise
    1 cup parmeasan cheese
    1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach
    1/2 can extra hot rotel tomatoes
    lemon pepper, dash--(or you can use juice of lemon and pepper)
    garlic pepper, dash
    Topping
    1/2 cup real shredded parmesan cheese for the topping

    Recipe

    Throw everything in.
    Top with the real parmesan cheese (can add sliced black olives, optional)

    Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes
