List of Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 5 strips of bacon fried crisp and drained on paper towels, broken into small pieces
Instructions
- Beat milk and eggs together. Add salt and sugar.
- Add flour and beat until smooth (by hand)
- Heat frying pan or griddle until small amount of water "dances"
- Use 1/4 cup of batter per pancake
- Cook as with any pancake. Roll up with a little bacon inside and keep warm
