List of Ingredients
- 1 pound ground hamburger
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 package 10 ounce frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 10 oz can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Brown hamburger and onion.
- Add next 6 ingredients ad bring to a boil
- Add rice.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer about 10 minutes or bake in casserole dish in oven about 20 minutes at 350
