Rhubarb Jam
List of Ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 1--3 1/2 oz box red raspberry gelatin
Instructions
- Mix rhubarb and sugar just enough to coat the rhubarb.
- Allow coated rhubarb to stand overnight.
- In the morning, cook rhubarb gently for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add gelatin and stir well.
- Pour into sterilized jelly jars and seal.
