    Rhubarb Jam


    List of Ingredients


    • 5 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
    • 4 cups granulated sugar
    • 1--3 1/2 oz box red raspberry gelatin


    Instructions


    1. Mix rhubarb and sugar just enough to coat the rhubarb.

    2. Allow coated rhubarb to stand overnight.

    3. In the morning, cook rhubarb gently for 5 minutes.

    4. Remove from heat, add gelatin and stir well.

    5. Pour into sterilized jelly jars and seal.
