Marinated Mushrooms

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 pound mushroom caps
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoons salad oil
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- dash of pepper
Instructions
- Wash mushroom caps. Dry on absorbent paper.
- Mix vinegar, salt, salad oil, mustard and pepper in glass jar. Shake vigorously. Pour over mushroom caps.
- Chill for 4 hours before serving.
