    Marinated Mushrooms

    6 servings.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 pound mushroom caps
    • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 8 tablespoons salad oil
    • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    • dash of pepper


    Instructions


    1. Wash mushroom caps. Dry on absorbent paper.
    2. Mix vinegar, salt, salad oil, mustard and pepper in glass jar. Shake vigorously. Pour over mushroom caps.
    3. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
