    MOCHA MIX

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1/2 c sugar
    1/2 tsp peppermint extract
    1/4 tsp almond extract
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 c powdered milk
    1/4 c instant cocoa (Quick)
    1/2 c coffee creamer
    1/2 c instant coffee

    Mix sugar and flavorings. Mix in remaining ingredients, one at a time in the order listed. Store in air tight container. Use 2 to 3 teaspoons to 1 cup boiling water. (or according to taste)
