1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup whole pecans
Melt butter in iron skillet. Cool slightly and add sugar and cream. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until between soft and hard ball stage. Add pecans and beat a short time. Drop by teaspoonsful on greased cookie sheet or greased foil.Cool and store air tight.
