    Great Grandma Britas Krudle Kager

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    2 large eggs
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup cream
    1 tablespoon butter, melted
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup flour

    Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Beat in cream; then butter. Add
    cinnamon. Gradually beat in flour. Place 1 teaspoon batter on preheated
    and greased cookie iron. Cook until golden. (40 to 55 seconds) While hot
    roll up as a cone. Cool. May be eaten plain or filled with whipped cream
    or other fillings.

    NOTES : Brita Larson was the Norwegian immigrant great-grandmother of Dianne Larson Ward and the great-great-great-grandmother of Brianne Nykole, Katelyn Leanne l, Skyler Scott and hopefully of future Ward descendants. Brita and her husband Hans Larson came from Luster Parish in Sogn og Fjordane Norway. They came to America in 1868 and lived in Vernon County, Wisconsin.
