    Peanut Butter Brownies -corrected

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 1/12 brown sugar
    4 eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 ounces semisweet chocolate -- melted

    Recipe

    Cream peanutbutter and butter. Gradually blend in sugar and brown sugar. Beat in eggs. Stir in vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add all at once to creamed mixture and beat until smooth. Spread into greased and floured 13" x 9" x 2" pan. (Very stiff dough.)

    Drizzle chocolate over top. Swirl with knife to "marbelize". Bake at 350f for 35 to 40 minutes. Test in center with toothpick to see if it comes out dry. Col in pan, slice into squares.
