    Angel Hair Pasta With Cilantro

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    8 Oz sun-dried tomatoes, drained of oil -- coarsely chopped
    4 Tablespoons oil in which they were packed
    8 Oz feta cheese -- crumbled
    1 Bunch fresh cilantro -- coarsely chopped
    16 Oz angel hair pasta

    Combine first three ingredients and set aside.

    Cook pasta according to package directions and toss with the tomato, cilantro, cheese mixture. Serve warm or cold. Serves 4 as a main course or 8 as a side dish.
