    CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    2 oz almonds -- slivered
    5 pkg Top Raman noodles, any flavor
    3 tbsp sesame seeds -- toasted
    3 green onions
    1 c chicken -- cubed
    1 large cabbage -- chopped
    3/4 c oil
    4 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
    4 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 1/2 tsp msg -- (opt.)

    Crush noodles. Add almonds and brown in butter. Place in very large bowl and add toasted almond, sesame seeds, green onion, chicken, and cabbage. Mix well.

    In smaller bowl, combine oil, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and if used, msg. Pour over salad. Mix well to coat all of salad with oil mixture. Cover and chill at least two hours.
