    SALMON MACARONI SALAD

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    2 cups sea shell macaroni
    1 15-oz. can salmon
    1/2 c swiss cheese -- grated
    1/2 green pepper -- diced
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 c chilli sauce
    2 tbsp catsup
    2 tsp horse radish
    1 tsp celery seed
    1/4 tsp salt



    Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and cool.

    Drain salmon, reserving liquid. Flake fish.

    Add salmon, swiss cheese, and green pepper to macaroni.

    Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, catsup, horse radish, salmon liquid, celery seed and salt, Add to macaroni. Mix well and chill.

    Serve on a bed of lettuce. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
