2/3 cup thick sour cream
3 tablespoons grated fresh horseradish
salt
2 drops tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together. The dip is fairly thin. Use as a condiment for meat fondue or with other meat presentations.
