    My family begs for these at least 6 times a year

    Biscuit cups(below)

    Mix 2 c. Bisquick and 1/2 c. cold water till soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Drop by spoonfuls into 12 ungreased muffin cups. Press dough on bottom and up sides of each cup with floured hands.




    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare biscuit cups.Cook and stir 1 lb. of ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion and l garlic clove crushed. Stir in 1/2 c. barbecue sauce, heat through. Spoon beef mix into cups and sprinkle with 1/2 c. shredded cheese.
    Bake until crust is golden about 15 minutes. Makes about 4-6 servings.
