    Egg and Ham Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 16 slices firm white bread
    • 2 1/2 C cubed cooked ham
    • 4 C shredded cheddar (or choice) cheese
    • 4 C shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 6 eggs
    • 3 C milk
    • 1/2 t. dry mustard
    • 1/4 t. onion powder
    • 3 C. uncrushed corn flakes
    • 1/2 C. butter or margarine, melted


    Instructions


    1. Trim crusts from bread; cut slices in half. Grease a 13x9 baking pan and layer as follows:

    2. Cover bottom of pan with half of the bread, half of the ham and half of each of the cheeses. Repeat layers.

    3. Combine eggs, milk, mustard and onion powder; pour over layers.

    4. Refrigerate overnight.

    5. Remove from fridge 30 min. before baking. Combine cornflakes and butter; sprinkle over casserole.

    6. Cover loosely with foil.

    7. Bake at 375 for 45 min. Let stand 10-15 min. before cutting.

    8. Yeild: 10-12 servings.
