Cream Cheese or Sour Cream


List of Ingredients

1-12 oz. pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
1-10 oz. pkg. medium cheddar cheese
1-9 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tablespoons steak sauce or worchestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt or seasonall salt (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 stick margarine
2 teaspoons minced or grated onion (optional)



Recipe

Soften cream cheese in large bowl. Grate softened cheddar cheeses in
bowl of cream cheese, add butter, onion, sauces, salt, paprika and
mix well with a mixer. Shape into a ball, roll in chopped nuts; wrap
in foil and refrigerate overnight.
